Reel Area
“The crew know the layout of the sub with their eyes closed” The reel formation shifts from 2-3-4-4-3-2 up to 2-4-8-5-4-2.
The xNudge® Wild is a 4-row-high Wild that always nudges until fully visible, with each nudge increasing the Wild multiplier by +1. It can land only on reels 3 and 4, except during Periscope Up!, where it lands exclusively on reel 4. All multipliers are added together before the final win is calculated.
The xWays® symbol, appearing only on reels 2 and 5, reveals a random regular symbol and can span 2–3 positions; if multiple xWays® land, they all reveal the same symbol.
The xBomb® Wild substitutes for any symbol except Bonus, detonating all non-winning symbols except Bonus and other Wilds, causing remaining symbols to fall and new ones to collapse into place. Before the collapse, xBomb® increases the win multiplier by +1, and any xBomb® Multiplier gained during feature triggers carries forward into Torpedo Builder, Silent Hunter Spins, Wolf Pack Spins and Battle of the Atlantic Spins.
Torpedo Builder
“Torpedo entering Tube One.” When a full boat lands in the 2-symbol-wide Binocular above reels 5 and 6, the Torpedo Builder is activated in both Base Game and Silent Hunter Spins. “Seal the hatches!” Reels 1 & 6 are closed. A Torpedo Tube opens beneath reels 2–5, and only Torpedo Parts can land. You have 3 spins to assemble all 4 Torpedo Parts.
- Reels 2 & 5: Torpedo Parts deploy +1, +2 or +3 xWays® into the Torpedo area.
- Reels 3 & 4: Torpedo Parts deploy +1, +2 or +3 Ways® Wilds into the Torpedo area.
“Stand by…Torpedo armed” Once launched, all collected symbols are activated.
If all Torpedo Parts are completed, the launch sequence begins:
- Reels 2 & 5: xWays® reveal behind the Torpedo, transform into regular symbols, and split into the collected number of ways.
- Reels 3 & 4: xWays® reveal behind the Torpedo, transform into Wilds, and split into the collected number of ways.
Golden Torpedo Builder
In Base Game and Silent Hunter Spins, landing a golden boat in the Binocular will trigger Golden Torpedo Builder, where the Torpedo parts will only have values of either +8 or +88.
Periscope Up!
“Periscope up. Target acquired… all stations manned.” Reel 3 extends to 8 positions, allowing the Periscope Wild to land on this reel. (Yes, we all know… that is a periscope, not ‘the finger’). When connecting symbols land on reels 1 and 2 and link with a Periscope Wild on reel 3, a torpedo launch sequence is initiated. Target is found through the periscope and the torpedo is fired.
- Direct hit: The Periscope Wild expands to the top of reel 3, then nudges down to the bottom, adding a win multiplier for each nudge and transforms all symbols into Wilds.
- Missed target: The Periscope Wild remains a single Wild symbol. Operational status: In the Base Game and Wolf Pack Spins, Periscope Up! can trigger randomly.
In Silent Hunter Spins and Battle of the Atlantic Spins, the feature remains active throughout. The Periscope Wild will not nudge over symbols revealed by a Torpedo launch.
Bonus
- Landing 3 Bonus symbols in the main game will trigger 8 Silent Hunter Spins.
- Landing 4 Bonus symbols will trigger 9 Wolf Pack Spins.
- Landing 5 Bonus symbols will trigger 10 Battle of the Atlantic Spins.
Silent Hunter Spins
“Running silent. Periscope locked. Stay sharp.” During Silent Hunter Spins, Periscope Up! remains active at all times. In addition, the Periscope Wild nudge awards a persistent multiplier, which starts at 1x after the first nudge and then grows by +1 with each nudge of the Periscope Wild. This multiplier applies only to the spin in which the Periscope Wild lands and the target is hit. “Explosives detected.” Every time an xBomb® symbol lands on the reels, an xBomb® Multiplier is awarded and will increase the multiplier by +1 for the remainder of the Silent Hunter Spins. All multipliers are added to each other before wins are calculated. Additional Bonus symbols that land awards +2 spins in the bonus mode.
Wolf Pack Spins
“Weapons room, stand by.” A Torpedo Tube appears under the reels 2-5, and the Torpedo parts can now land on these reels. The Torpedo Tube is pre-loaded with xWays® and xWays® Wilds with a size of 2 at the start. Torpedo parts detach from the reels and leave a Wild in their place. On reel 2 and 5, the Torpedo parts drop a +1, +2 or +3 xWays® symbol to the torpedo area, which becomes activated once the Torpedo is launched. On reel 3 and 4, the Torpedo parts drop a +1, +2 or +3 xWays® Wild symbol to the torpedo area, which becomes activated once the Torpedo is launched. Any time a full boat lands in the Binocular, the Torpedo is launched in its current state. On reels 2 and 5, symbols are transformed to a regular symbol and split in the number of ways that were collected from the Torpedo Parts. On reels 3 and 4, symbols are transformed to a Wild and split in the number of ways that were collected from the Torpedo Parts. “Reload.” After the Torpedo launches, an identical Torpedo is loaded and can then be enhanced further in the coming spins. Every time an xBomb® symbol lands on the reels, an xBomb® Multiplier is awarded and will increase the multiplier by +1 for the remainder of the Wolf Pack Spins.
Battle of the Atlantic Spins
“All stations engage. No holding fire.” The Periscope Up! feature of Silent Hunter Spins and the Torpedo Builder feature of Wolf Pack Spins are active together, “Ziel halten – don’t miss!”
Every time an xBomb® symbol lands on the reels, an xBomb® Multiplier is awarded and will increase the multiplier by +1 for the remainder of the Battle Of The Atlantic Spins. All multipliers are added to each other before wins are calculated. Additional Bonus symbols that land awards +2 spins in the bonus mode.

- Bonus Booster – is guaranteed a Bonus symbol.
- Periscope Up! – guaranteed to trigger Periscope Up!

Extra Spin
“Gefechtsstationen!” Players might get the opportunity to purchase an additional spin when the Silent Hunter Spins, Wolf Pack Spins, or Battle of the Atlantic Spins end. Any existing multipliers (in case of all bonus modes) and the Torpedo Tube progress (in case of Wolf Pack Spins and Battle of the Atlantic Spins) are kept for the Extra Spin, with its cost being determined by their current state. If the cost of the Extra Spin is less than or equal to the total win, then the Extra Spin opportunity will be presented.
