Delivered through Incentive Studios, the real-money gaming division of Incentive Games, the partnership enables bet365 to access a growing portfolio of real-money titles.

Incentive Games, a B2B games studio specialising in real-money titles and data-driven player experiences, has announced an expanded global partnership with leading online gambling operator bet365.

Building on the companies’ existing collaboration, including the recent launch of Incentive Games’ content in Brazil, the new agreement will see bet365 roll out Incentive Studios’ full portfolio of real-money games across all active jurisdictions, including key regulated states in the US.

This partnership marks an important milestone for both organisations, bringing together Incentive Studios’ expertise in high-performing real-money content with bet365’s global scale and market-leading platform.

Ahmed Baker, Chief Commercial Officer at Incentive Games, said, “Our partnership with bet365 continues to go from strength to strength, and this real-money agreement is a natural evolution of our collaboration. By deploying our games globally, including in key U.S. jurisdictions, we bring together two teams focused on quality, innovation and sustainable long-term growth. We’re incredibly excited about what the future holds.”

A spokesperson at bet365 said, “Leveraging Incentive Studios’ expertise in real money gaming, we are thrilled to expand our relationship and further enhance our global Casino offering. Customers worldwide will be able to enjoy this innovative addition to our portfolio of cutting-edge content.”

The first real-money titles from Incentive Studios’ portfolio will launch on bet365’s platform in 2026, with additional releases to follow.

This agreement supports Incentive Games’ ongoing expansion into regulated markets worldwide, following recent licence approvals in the UK, Ontario and Michigan, and further strengthens the company’s position as a trusted real-money gaming supplier to leading operators.

Industry Perspective

The expanded Incentive Games and bet365 partnership reflects the ongoing consolidation between tier-one operators and specialized content studios in regulated markets. As U.S. jurisdictions continue opening and operators seek differentiated casino content, partnerships with focused real-money game developers become increasingly strategic.

Incentive Studios’ entry into multiple U.S. regulated states through bet365’s platform represents significant distribution potential, leveraging bet365’s established presence in key markets including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. The 2026 launch timeline aligns with typical development and compliance cycles for multi-jurisdictional real-money gaming rollouts.

This agreement signals growing confidence in specialized B2B studios capable of navigating complex regulatory requirements across global markets. Incentive Games’ recent licensing achievements in the UK, Ontario, and Michigan position the studio to serve operators seeking compliant, data-driven casino content. For bet365, partnering with licensed suppliers like Incentive Studios supports continued casino vertical growth while maintaining regulatory standards across diverse jurisdictions.
