Home » We are hiring Partnerships Director

Remote, anywhere in Europe or North America. Contractor.

TGE is the No.1 iGaming media brand on LinkedIn. In the last 90 days our content reached 1.5 million unique members, all organic. Single posts hit 70,000 to 100,000 people off one image, more than the attendance of any industry conference. Our industry lives online, and so do we. We put the numbers behind that in one place: Where iGaming B2B Buyers Actually Are in 2026.

Where iGaming B2B Buyers Actually Are in 2026: The Data

We’re part of a wider iGaming media network that collaborates across brands, with more launching.

We want one person to run commercial sales across TGE’s products. You inherit the book on day one: 100+ existing clients and warm leads, plus 1 to 3 new inbound every week. Close them, rebook them when their campaigns end, grow the accounts.

What you’re selling

Real exposure to iGaming decision-makers where they spend their day: the LinkedIn feed. Market reports built from traffic data, regulator filings and company results. Written company and launch stories. Banner placements on theigaming.eu. Sponsored debates and polls that operators, suppliers and executives argue about in the comments.

We don’t sell backlinks or domain rating. iGaming B2B buyers don’t open Google to find their next platform or payments provider. They hear about it through networking and the feed. The products match that.

We don’t syndicate press releases. The same text and image pushed to ten publications gets treated as duplicate content by LinkedIn and buried. Every TGE piece is written by our editorial team and made to be read.

Who you’ll sell to

  • B2C iGaming operators
  • B2B suppliers: casino games, aggregators, platforms, payment providers, legal and financial services
  • Lotteries
  • Financial and investment funds
  • CFTC-regulated prediction markets
  • Crypto providers

Clients across Europe, North America and Middle East.

You sell, we build

You never make a deliverable. Editorial writes the content, designers build the assets, developers run the site. You get a sales CRM, decks, and whatever tool setup you want, configured for you.

The wider team carries the rest: content, design, site development, new media brands in iGaming and fintech, and relations with regulators, associations, trade bodies and government tenders.

Pay

Commission on every invoice you generate, paid monthly, with no cap. New deals, rebookings and upsells all pay the same rate. You keep earning on the accounts for as long as your contract with us runs.

Realistic first-year earnings are 70,000 to 100,000 euros, with no ceiling above that.

After a strong first year, measured against sales targets we agree when you sign, you’re offered equity in the company. This is a partner track.

What we’re looking for

You know how iGaming works and how deals get done in it: who buys, who signs, how trust is built between operators, suppliers and executives. You already have those relationships, or you can build them.

You post on LinkedIn, or you at least read it closely enough to know how iGaming media moves there.

Direct experience selling iGaming media is not required. The network and the feel for the industry matter more than a media CV.

Comfort with AI tools (LLMs and AI agents) in your workflow is a plus. If you don’t have it, we’ll teach you.

We give visibility back. We publish articles with you and put your name in front of our full readership.

Terms

Own company or self-employed. Fully remote, anywhere in Europe or North America. No fixed schedule, no mandatory meetings, no reporting rituals. You’re measured on what you close. 3-month notice period. iGaming-media exclusivity: you don’t represent competing media brands.

How to apply

Send your LinkedIn profile. Drop us a line if writing is your style. If it isn’t, we’ll talk on the phone.

No resumes. No forms. No cover letters. We’re a LinkedIn-first brand and we hire like one.
