Mark Summerfield has been appointed as Chair of the Gaming Compliance Committee, while Sean Wilkins has joined the committee as a new member. The committee now comprises Mark Summerfield (Chair), Ori Shaked, and Sean Wilkins.

The appointments were made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6, reinforcing the company’s commitment to governance and regulatory oversight. The Gaming Compliance Committee plays a critical role in maintaining compliance standards across Evoke’s operations in the UK and international markets.

Mark Summerfield joined Evoke as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee (now Audit & Risk Committee) in September 2019. Summerfield also served as interim CFO for William Hill from July 2016 to March 2018, where he was instrumental in the company’s transformation and technology programmes.

Sean Wilkins currently serves as Evoke’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since February 2024. He brings 18 years of CFO experience across both private and public companies. Before joining Evoke, Wilkins held the position of Group CFO at Superbet, an omni-channel betting and gaming business operating across Romania, Poland, Serbia, and Belgium. His career also includes CFO roles at Big Bus Tours, Domino’s Pizza Group PLC, Tesco Malaysia, Tesco Telecom, and O2 Asia.
