Remote Gaming Server technology provider Tequity has strengthened its commercial leadership with the appointment of Tanja Bergman as Head of Growth. Bergman will direct sales operations, client integration, and market communications for the company's RGS platform.

New Leadership Role Supports Commercial Expansion

Tequity has recruited Tanja Bergman to spearhead growth initiatives for its Remote Gaming Server (RGS) platform. The appointment positions Bergman as the primary driver of commercial strategy, responsible for new business development, client onboarding processes, and communications across the platform’s expanding customer base.

The company’s RGS system provides developers and operators with licensed infrastructure for game creation, integration, and deployment. Bergman’s responsibilities will focus on scaling adoption of the platform across international markets.

Five-Year Track Record at GameArt

Bergman arrives at Tequity with significant executive experience in the iGaming supply sector. Her most recent position was Chief Operating Officer at slot developer GameArt, where she spent five years managing production workflows and delivery operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to GameArt, Bergman held business development and project management positions at a sportsbook technology company. This background spans both game development and betting platform sectors, giving her cross-segment expertise in product commercialization and partner relationships.

“Joining Tequity at this pivotal moment in the growth of the RGS platform is incredibly exciting. I look forward to helping studios unlock the full potential of the RGS ecosystem, driving innovation and delivering high-quality, engaging content to players worldwide.”

Platform Growth Through Strategic Partnerships

Tequity has been expanding its RGS distribution network through several commercial agreements. Recent developments include the integration of the company’s technology suite into the Elantil Marketplace, which provides developers with additional channels for content distribution.

The company has also partnered with game studio Print Studios for the development of exclusive content built on the RGS infrastructure. These partnerships demonstrate Tequity’s strategy of combining platform technology with content creation capabilities.

Management Commentary on Commercial Strategy

Tequity’s executive team emphasized Bergman’s role in accelerating platform adoption and supporting partner success.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tanja to the team as we continue to expand our RGS platform globally. Her extensive experience in game production and operational leadership will be invaluable in enabling our partners to unlock the full capabilities of the RGS product.”

The appointment reflects Tequity’s focus on building commercial capabilities as it scales its technology infrastructure and partner ecosystem across global iGaming markets.
