Nolimit City cracks open the barrel in Duck Hunters: Happy Hour.

Duck Hunters is back and this time the hunt starts at Happy Hour. Nolimit City heads back to the backyard with Duck Hunters: Happy Hour, and nobody can keep score after the second round. Following the success of the prequel Duck Hunters, Duck Hunters: Happy Hour follows the gameplay everyone loved, with a twist in the reel area, additional Happy Hour Spins feature and a higher max win payout. Duck Hunters: Happy hour brings an exciting addition to the ‘Hunters’ series alongside another popular title Gator Hunters.

Reel Area
It’s about to get messy across these 4-5-6-6-5-4 reels real quick, Pa. Bubba mixed up a lot of moonshine, so now we’re torn up from the floor up. But one darn thing’s for sure, the scatter win model will make sure these darn ducks go down! Each winning position starts with a multiplier of 2x, which doubles with every subsequent win, shooting up to a massive 8192x per position. An exploding Bomb can land anywhere on the reels and removes adjacent regular paying symbols in a 3×3 pattern whilst doubling the multiplier on affected positions. The Bomb Symbol is then replaced with a special symbol once exploded.

Keep an eye on them Nolimit City’s signature xMechanics; xWays® and Infectious xWays®.

  • xWays®: Transforms into a regular paying symbol and increases the multiplier by 2x, 4x or 8x.
  • Infectious xWays®: The revealed xWays® will infect all of the other same symbols and apply the same multiplier on each of them.

Duck Hunt Spins
When landing 3 Bonus Symbols in the base game will trigger 7 Duck Hunt Spins where position multipliers are carried over. Before beginning the Free spins, 1 of these 3 upgrades are awarded:

  2. Upgraded Bomb: Acts the same as a regular Bomb but never reveals mid paying symbols.
  3. Extra +2 Shots: Replaced the Extra +1 Shot Symbols and awards +2 Spins.

8 Hawk Eye Spins
Landing 4 Bonus Symbols will trigger 8 Hawk Eye Spins with the same feature upgrades but 2 upgrades are randomly awarded instead.

10 Big Game Spins
Landing 5 Bonus Symbols will trigger 10 Big Game Spins with the same feature upgrades but all 3 upgrades are awarded.

Extra Spin
On top of that, the popular Extra Spin feature makes a return, letting players take an additional spin if the cost is less than or equal to the current win.

Max Win
Don’t get Too Drunk To Miss cousin, the maximum payout is 33,333x the base bet. Duck Hunters is rated as “Extremely Volatile” delivering the exciting high-stakes gameplay that Nolimit City fans look out for.

Per Lindheimer, Head of Product at Nolimit City, said:
“We weren’t planning on making a sequel, but then happy hour hit and things got a little out of hand. Duck Hunters: Happy Hour is what happens when you mix one of our favourite slots with one too many cold brewskis, resulting in our new ‘Happy Hour Spins’ feature full of bombs, because why not? It ain’t polite and it sure as hell ain’t for everyone. It was never meant to be sensible, but that’s exactly how we like it.”

‘Duck Hunters: Happy Hour’ will be available to all Nolimit City partners on January 13th, 2026.

Industry Perspective

Nolimit City’s Duck Hunters: Happy Hour sequel demonstrates the studio’s continued focus on high-volatility content with substantial win potential. The 33,333x maximum payout positions this release among the provider’s most ambitious titles, reflecting market demand for extreme volatility slots that has driven engagement across multiple jurisdictions.

The expansion of the Hunters series, which now includes Duck Hunters, Gator Hunters, and this latest iteration, signals Nolimit City’s strategic approach to franchise development. By building recognizable game families with consistent mechanics and progressive feature enhancements, the provider creates brand recognition within its operator network while maintaining mechanical familiarity for returning players.

The integration of Nolimit City’s proprietary xWays® and Infectious xWays® mechanics continues the studio’s emphasis on differentiated mathematical models. As slot suppliers compete in saturated markets, distinctive feature sets and recognizable volatility profiles have become critical differentiators for B2B positioning and operator selection criteria across European and international licensed markets.
