ThrillTech, the global leader in side-bet jackpots, today announced the launch of ThrillDrops™, a jackpot-first CRM and retention module designed to increase jackpot engagement for its core product, ThrillPots™, through behaviour-driven mystery cash rewards.

The new add-on extends ThrillTech’s core jackpot offering, ThrillPots™, by allowing operators to reward players automatically based on real behavioural metrics. The product can evaluate overall casino play or focus exclusively on jackpot-related behaviour, enabling operators to tailor rewards to the activity most relevant to their objectives.

Unlike traditional CRM and loyalty tools, which are typically built as generalised marketing stack, ThrillDrops was built specifically around jackpot mechanics and player psychology. By linking rewards directly to jackpot participation and engagement patterns, it creates a tighter feedback loop between play, anticipation, and reward.

ThrillTech CTO Peter Pares said: “Most CRM products treat jackpots like just another data point. Operators need integrated systems that amplify what already drives excitement. We built a retention engine around jackpots themselves, turning jackpot behaviour into real-time cash rewards that meaningfully improve engagement.”

The system supports configurable behavioural logic, allowing casinos to deploy mystery cash drops based on a wide range of metrics, including key behavioural signals, sustained jackpot engagement, or broader casino activity. Cash rewards are delivered automatically, without the need for static segments or manual campaign management.

Key capabilities include:

  • A CRM and retention engine built specifically to enhance jackpot engagement
  • Real-time, behaviour-based mystery cash rewards
  • Flexible evaluation of total casino play or jackpot-only activity
  • Seamless integration for existing ThrillPots™ clients, no extra work required

By embedding retention logic directly into the ThrillPots™ ecosystem, ThrillTech aims to help operators extract more long-term value from one of the casino floor’s most powerful engagement drivers.

The new module is available immediately and is designed to complement existing jackpot deployments without requiring operators to replace their current CRM infrastructure.

Industry Perspective

ThrillDrops represents a notable shift in how B2B providers approach player retention technology. Rather than offering generic CRM tools adapted for casino use, ThrillTech has developed a retention system purpose-built around jackpot mechanics, addressing a specific gap in operator technology stacks.

The product reflects growing recognition that jackpot engagement requires specialized retention strategies. Traditional CRM platforms typically treat all gaming activity as equivalent data points, while ThrillDrops acknowledges that jackpot participation involves distinct psychological drivers and behavioral patterns that warrant dedicated retention tools.

For operators running ThrillPots™ jackpot systems, the module’s automatic integration and behavior-based reward delivery could streamline retention efforts without adding operational complexity. The ability to configure rewards around either jackpot-specific activity or broader casino play gives operators flexibility in aligning the tool with their retention objectives.

As competition intensifies for player attention and retention becomes increasingly central to operator profitability, specialized tools like ThrillDrops signal the casino technology sector’s move toward more granular, mechanics-specific engagement solutions rather than one-size-fits-all approaches.
