Games Valley has appointed Tereza Melicharkova as Marketing Director, the latest senior hire at the iGaming aggregator as it builds its leadership team and pushes further into regulated markets.
A Career Built Across Leading Suppliers
Melicharkova brings senior marketing experience from several of the industry’s best-known suppliers. She began her career at NetEnt, progressing from marketing and events coordinator to events manager, before moving into senior roles at Pragmatic Play and Pariplay.
More recently she held senior marketing positions at Relax Gaming, Swintt, Glitnor Group and Elantil. Her profile in the sector extends beyond individual companies, with a track record of speaking engagements and commentary on brand-building and leadership at growth-stage suppliers.
In the new role, Melicharkova will lead Games Valley’s brand strategy, support commercial expansion and communicate the company’s positioning in the aggregation space.
“Tereza is one of the most recognisable and respected marketing leaders in iGaming, and we are thrilled to welcome her to Games Valley at such an important stage in our journey. Games Valley is building something very different in the aggregation space, and Tereza is the perfect person to help us spread the word.” — Ariel Reem, CEO, Games Valley
“Games Valley has the energy, ambition and product thinking that make this such an exciting opportunity. This is a company with strong technology, a bold leadership team and a genuine appetite to challenge how aggregation is done. I’m excited to help shape the brand, tell that story and support the company’s next phase of growth.” — Tereza Melicharkova, Marketing Director, Games Valley
A Reshaped Executive Team
Melicharkova joins a leadership team that has been rebuilt over the past several months. Ariel Reem was appointed CEO in September 2025, having previously spent seven years leading Genesis Global across regulated markets including the UK and Denmark.
Robert Dowling followed in February 2026 as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility covering global commercial and growth initiatives, entry into new regulated territories and operator relationships.
Alongside content aggregation, Games Valley is developing a live casino aggregation offering, giving operators a single integration point for premium live experiences.
What the Hire Signals
The appointment completes a senior team that now spans commercial strategy, growth and marketing. For operators assessing aggregation partners in a more competitive regulated landscape, the investment in brand and leadership infrastructure reflects a broader pattern among mid-tier suppliers seeking to differentiate beyond product.
Melicharkova’s background in scaling supplier brands, from early-stage through to broader market recognition, maps directly to Games Valley’s current position. The company has not disclosed specific market targets or commercial milestones tied to the new hire.
