YouTuber Jack Doherty said on 10 October 2026 that a six-month sponsorship contract he signed with crypto casino Shuffle.com bars him from posting online. Shuffle co-founder Noah Dummett confirmed the Jack Doherty Shuffle deal is real the same day, while neither side has disclosed the fee or published the contract.
The Jack Doherty Shuffle deal
Doherty, a 23-year-old American creator with more than 15 million YouTube subscribers, wrote on X that he thought he had “actually f*cked up” by signing with “a casino called Shuffle.com”. He said the contract means he is “not allowed to post online anymore” and that he was working with a lawyer to fix it.

Dummett replied that the agreement had a “6 month term” and called it “money well spent to get this mf off the internet”, according to International Business Times UK. He added that Doherty’s lawyers were “pressing us hard to have this contract scrapped” and that Shuffle would “stay strong”.

How the offer started
The exchange began on 28 September, when Doherty asked Shuffle’s official X account whether he should go live on Kick and trade meme coins. The account answered: “At this point we will pay you to shut the f*ck up.”
On 7 October, Doherty said he was looking for brand sponsorships after a Solana memecoin tied to him performed poorly, writing that he needed to “get my money up somehow”. Shuffle repeated its offer and called it “legit”. Doherty then signed, and said he took the posting clause for a joke until Shuffle moved to enforce it.
Questions over the deal
Doherty and Dummett both maintain the agreement is genuine. Neither has released the contract, its value, the platforms it covers or the date the six-month term began. No platform has suspended Doherty’s accounts; the restriction he describes is a private contractual term.
Doherty’s post named Shuffle.com to his followers, and Dummett’s replies kept the brand in the thread. His channel is built on stunts and pranks. Kick banned him in 2024 after he crashed a McLaren during a livestream, and he was removed from the Waste Management Phoenix Open in February 2026 after an incident involving a spectator.
Shuffle runs a crypto casino and sportsbook with slots and live dealer games, and competes for the same crypto-paying players as Stake.
Next steps
Doherty said his lawyer is seeking to end the restriction, and Dummett said Shuffle intends to enforce it. If the term started when Doherty signed in early October 2026, it would run until April 2027. Any new post from Doherty’s X, YouTube or Instagram accounts before then would test whether the clause is being applied.
