Rush Street Interactive Q3 revenue rose 39% to $385.9m from $277.9m a year earlier, the US and Latin American online operator (RSI) said in its Q3 2026 results release on 28 October. Adjusted EBITDA rose 73% to $62.2m.
RSI kept its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $1.56bn to $1.60bn. Management said on the results call that trading so far in October pointed to revenue closer to the lower end of that range.
Third-quarter profit
Net income almost doubled to $28.7m in the three months to 30 September, from $14.8m in the third quarter of 2025, according to the release. Income from operations rose to $42.7m from $19.5m, and adjusted EBITDA margin widened to 16.1% of revenue from 13.0% a year earlier.
Adjusted sales and marketing spend was $54.7m, or 14.2% of revenue. Diluted earnings per share were $0.10, against $0.06 a year earlier.
Chief Executive Officer Richard Schwartz said in the release that “online casino remains the engine of our profitability”. RSI does not split revenue by product or by region in the release.
Player numbers by region
Monthly active users (MAUs) rose 42% to 907,881. In the US and Canada, MAUs grew 34% to 300,572, a quarterly record, with average revenue per MAU (ARPMAU) of $309. Latin America, including Mexico, added 46% to 607,308 MAUs at an ARPMAU of $58.
RSI is live in 15 US states, Ontario, Alberta, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. RSI has been live for more than three months in Alberta, which opened its regulated online market in July, and Schwartz said the company expects a gradual ramp there.
Full-year guidance from Rush Street Interactive
Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 reached $1.15bn, so the range implies fourth-quarter revenue of $410m to $450m. RSI also kept its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $245m to $265m, after nine-month adjusted EBITDA of $187.0m.
The guidance counts only jurisdictions live on 28 October and assumes current tax structures stay in place, including Colombia’s temporary emergency 16% tax decree. RSI held $381.9m in cash and cash equivalents at 30 September, up from $336.3m at the end of 2025, and spent $42.3m on buying back Class A shares in the first nine months.
