Bragg Gaming Group Extends Four-Year Turnkey Solution Partnership with Senator Group in Croatia

The extended partnership will see Bragg continue to deliver its full-service offering to Senator Group, encompassing the PAM platform, an extensive portfolio of proprietary, exclusive and aggregated casino games, the Fuze™ Player Engagement toolkit, and complete marketing and operational management services.

Strategic Positioning in Croatian Market

The agreement reinforces Bragg’s position as a key supplier in the Croatian iGaming market. The collaboration demonstrates Bragg’s capabilities as an established partner for content delivery, game distribution, and advanced engagement tools across the region. Following the partnership’s success in Croatia, both companies anticipate expansion into additional emerging markets, supporting Senator Group’s broader growth strategy.

AI-Driven Compliance and Player Management

In alignment with Bragg’s “AI-First” strategic initiatives and its partnership with Golden Whale, the company is developing technology to help operators adapt to anticipated regulatory changes in Croatia. Bragg aims to become an AI-First company by 2027.

Through the “Bragg AI Brain” and technical collaboration with Golden Whale, Bragg currently provides predictive modelling capabilities for monitoring player behaviour, with plans to roll out additional predictive modelling-based products in the future.

The PAM platform features hyper-personalization tools designed to help operators maintain player engagement while adhering to Croatia’s proposed regulatory restrictions. The AI-driven platform enables targeted content delivery to specific player segments, supporting retention strategies that comply with local “moderate marketing” standards.

Executive Commentary

“Securing this PAM and full turnkey solution extension with Senator Group is a strategic milestone for Bragg, establishing a strong position as an iGaming supplier in Southeastern Europe,” said Matevž Mazij, Chief Executive Officer of Bragg Gaming Group. “We are focusing our efforts on supporting premier partners in high-growth regulated markets, and Croatia represents a major European opportunity. This partnership is a testament to the power of our complete platform, content, and player engagement ecosystem, and we are confident in Senator Group’s ability to grow.”

Dimitar Deskoski, Chief Executive Officer of Senator Croatia, commented: “Bragg has proven to be an invaluable partner, and the fact that we have decided to extend the agreement is an indication of success and underscores our vision and their platform’s proven ability to deliver market-leading results.”
