BC Game, the global online casino and sports-betting platform, has formally introduced Ali “Ako” Muhanned as Chief Executive Officer, building on his longstanding involvement in the company’s brand strategy, international partnerships and development.
The appointment brings Ako into a more public role within a business he has helped shape over several years. As CEO, he will lead BC Game’s next phase of development, with a focus on strengthening player trust, improving the platform experience and guiding international growth.
For me, this is the next step in a business I’ve been deeply involved in for years. Much of my work has happened behind the scenes, working with our people, developing relationships and helping shape where BC Game goes next. Now I want our community to have a more direct connection with me and a clearer understanding of what we’re building.

A long-term commitment to BC Game
Through his work across brand strategy and international partnerships, Ako has helped develop BC Game’s presence and relationships across markets. His appointment as CEO builds on that involvement and establishes a clear public role leading the wider business.
I’ve cared deeply about BC Game since it was founded when I was 19. It has always been about thinking beyond the next campaign or announcement. It’s about making decisions we can stand behind, building a strong team and delivering an experience that gives players a reason to stay with us. My commitment to that has been there for a long time.

Leadership connected to its players
Ako’s priorities include making player feedback a more direct part of how BC Game identifies problems and improves its services.
To support that, he is introducing three commitments:
- Monthly open sessions: Live conversations where Ako answers player questions, discusses priorities and shares updates on the business.
- A dedicated escalation channel: A route for unresolved player issues to reach a team that reports directly to the CEO.
- Regular public progress reports: Updates on the issues players raise most, the action being taken and the work still ahead.
Trust isn’t built by announcements. It’s built by what happens when something goes wrong. If an issue keeps coming up, I want to understand why and what we’re doing about it. Players deserve clear answers, proper follow-through and a company that takes their experience seriously.

Building BC Game’s next chapter
Under Ako’s leadership, BC Game will focus on improving its core casino and sports-betting experience, strengthening international partnerships and pursuing responsible growth in new markets.
Community and entertainment will remain part of that direction, alongside a focus on service quality and responsible gaming.
We have a clear ambition for BC Game, and I want our players and our team to understand where we’re going. My responsibility is to turn that ambition into consistent progress in the product, in how we respond to problems and in the standards we set across the business.

Industry context
BC Game was launched in 2017 and offers casino, sports and esports content to an international audience, according to the company. In a statement distributed through PR Newswire on 25 March 2026, BC Game said it held licences in several jurisdictions, including Anjouan, Nigeria, Kenya, Mexico and Tanzania, and was seeking further approvals. The platform accepts a range of digital assets and runs a token-based rewards programme, the statement said.
The same March statement named Kar Kheng Giam as Chief Executive Officer of BC Game. In October, the company said its BC Engine had paid out more than $10m in rewards since its launch in April 2026.
The three commitments set out by Ako concern how player complaints are handled: an open monthly session, an escalation route that reports to the CEO and public reports on the most frequent issues. The first session is set for 7 November 2026, with the time to be confirmed by BC Game.
